Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 28/05/2025
1. Nature of the Service
The Service acts as a transient streaming platform. Content is either streamed from external decentralized or user-hosted sources, or temporarily cached for technical delivery without long-term storage. We do not operate as a permanent content hosting provider, and no user-uploaded content is persistently stored on our infrastructure.
2. Privacy and Data Handling
The Service is designed with a zero-logging and pseudonymous architecture. We do not require user registration, and we do not collect or store any personal data, such as IP addresses, user-agent strings, or session identifiers. No behavioral analytics, cookies, or tracking tools are implemented.
Important Note: Despite our privacy safeguards, some network-level metadata (e.g., IP headers) may be exposed during streaming due to the inherent characteristics of TCP/IP protocols. Users are strongly encouraged to use VPNs or Tor to mitigate third-party network monitoring.
3. Content Responsibility and Neutrality
We do not create, own, or curate any of the content transmitted through our platform. Users are solely responsible for the content they stream, embed, or broadcast using the Service. We act as a neutral technical intermediary as defined under the E-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC, Articles 12-15 (or equivalent local law). We are not liable for any unlawful content unless we are notified by a competent authority and fail to act with due diligence to block access to clearly illegal content.
4. Content Storage and Retention
No content is permanently stored on our servers. Temporary caching may occur solely for performance and delivery purposes, and such data is automatically deleted within a short technical window (e.g., under 24 hours). We do not maintain media archives, backups, or user-accessible libraries.
5. Censorship and Third-Party Interference
The platform is engineered to resist arbitrary censorship, surveillance, or filtering by third parties, including ISPs, platform gatekeepers, or geopolitical entities. However, we may be compelled to restrict access or block content only when required by a valid court order or a legally binding request from an authority with jurisdiction over our operations. We reserve the right to refuse unlawful takedown requests that lack proper legal basis.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
- Content that violates applicable copyright laws,
- Explicit incitement to violence or terrorism,
- Material legally defined as child sexual abuse material (CSAM),
- Malware, botnets, or technical attacks on other services.
Violation of this policy may result in the immediate blocking of access and referral to competent legal authorities where necessary.
7. No Warranty
- The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform,
- The quality, legality, or availability of content,
- The resistance to blocking or filtering by third-party networks.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Losses or damages resulting from third-party censorship or technical interference,
- Data loss due to the absence of content storage,
- Claims related to the content streamed through the platform by independent users.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
