• A sworn statement of accuracy.

3. Platform Action

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
• Notify the responsible user.
• Suspend or terminate accounts in case of repeat infringement.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

Affected users may submit a counter-notice with:

• Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
• A sworn statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
• Contact information.
• Consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

If a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be reinstated unless the original claimant initiates legal action within a reasonable timeframe.
